CUROLOGY / CONTENT SERIES

DIGGING INTO SKIN CONCERNS WITH A DERM DUO

Our team was briefed by the content team to transform our YouTube channel from a video dumping ground into a destination for entertaining and unexpected original content. After leading a few cross-functional brainstorming sessions, I presented concepts, and stakeholders green-lit three series for initial episodic production, including “Skincare ID.”

Skin ID gives viewers hyper-educational skin content with a personable Curology twist by highlighting Nahal and Rose—two derm providers that love to play off one another, and help identify skin concerns and share robust treatment recos.

For all the pieces to come together for shoot day, I had to write three scripts based on top skin concerns we’ve seen from patients, get sign off from content stakeholders, as well as our legal and medical teams, and brief in the Nahal and Rose.

On set, I directed and coached talent—helping them get comfortable and familiar with shooting, so they’re approachability and friendliness translated on screen.
