SAY HELLO TO GENERATION GLOW
Curology’s College Ambassador Program started as a relatively unsupervised pilot, with next-to-no creative oversight. As in, everything was made in Canva by students or junior marketers. We saw the opportunity with the program (getting facetime with our 18-22 old consumers, while cementing Curology in their life for years to come)—and sought to develop an identity that would effectively capture attention and produce the type of swag that would become an outfit staple.
After rolling out our identity alongside an expanded program that included over 180 on-campus events, we saw our efforts drive a 23% lift in brand awareness on test campuses. 1 in 3 students noticed the program branding on campus—reaching 15K students in person, with 2M social impressions.

The team developed an overarching program vision that fell out of our larger brand values, as well as two creative personas. After sharing with our cross-functional partners, we delivered an updated strategy and persona, design toolkit, merch designs, and signage.
